CSR Company of the Year 2026

Hjortviken Country Club has been awarded CSR Company of the Year 2026 at Härryda Municipality’s Business Awards Evening, an event celebrating local companies for their contributions to a stronger and more sustainable business community.

The award recognizes companies that contribute to a more inclusive society, something that is a natural part of everyday life at Hjortviken Country Club. Through an inclusive approach to recruitment and a strong commitment to opening doors into working life, the destination has created opportunities for individuals who might otherwise struggle to enter the job market.

In its motivation, the jury highlights Hjortviken’s dedication to seeing each individual’s strengths and potential. By welcoming candidates to interviews and meetings, many of which have led to employment, and by providing clear onboarding and guidance, the team at Hjortviken has created a workplace where more people are given the opportunity to grow.
