The payment terms apply to bookings made directly with us, including bookings through our website, by phone, or via third parties. If different terms apply to your booking through a third party, these will be outlined in the third party’s terms. Special terms apply to conference and group bookings. Cancellation and Rebooking Terms

The cancellation and rebooking terms that apply to your booking depend on the type of booking you made and the destination it applies to. Always check the applicable rules for your booking, which you will find when completing your reservation and in your booking confirmation.

Refund and Return

It may take up to 14 days for your refund to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us. Price Agreement Validity

The agreed-upon prices are binding for both parties, but ESS Group reserves the right to adjust prices as a result of increased costs due to higher taxes, fees, or other conditions outside of ESS Group’s control.
