Doing The Sensible Thing
Regarding to Svanen

At ESS, we believe in long-term thinking, an action-oriented mindset and transparency, rather than loud promises.
“Doing the sensible thing” is what guides us when it comes to sustainability. Always with serious ambition and an innovative, action-driven approach.

This is our way of gathering the work we do for people, the environment and our communities. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, and grateful to have you here reading.

Welcome.

How We Organise Sustainability

Local Susatinability Ambassador

Every destination has a an ambassador lead who meets monthly for workshops, training and sharing best practice.

Central Governance

Clear policies: environment, human rights, anti-corruption and our Code of Conduct.

Meet the People

Positive Impact doesn’t live in a policy document, it lives in the people who drive it forward every day.

At ESS Group, that work is led by Johanna Dahlsjö and Ellen Sander, who guide our destinations, support our local CSR teams and make sure our progress is both real and measurable. They are the ones keeping us curious, honest and moving, step by step, project by project.
If you have questions, ideas or would like to learn more about our work, please contact Ellen and Linnea in person. We’re looking forward to hear from you.
