Employment & Inclusion
Collective bargaining agreements at all destinations. Teams representing more than 70 nationalities. Since 2023, all permanent employees have been guaranteed a minimum employment rate of 60%, supporting financial security and long-term employment.
Fairtrade
Whenever possible, we source Fairtrade-certified coffee. In 2025, 50% of our total coffee purchases were Fairtrade-certified, contributing to positive impact in coffee-growing communities.
